Engine:
405 T16 2.0 16v turbo engine conversion done by Pug Performance - only one in UK, close ratio 205 BE3 gearbox, up-rated driveshaft’s, up-rated fuel system, 206 HDI 250mm clutch, 206 GTI brake reservoir, Volvo water bottle, race s/s charge cooler water bottle, battery relocated to boot as no room in engine bay, piper-X cone filter with custom fan, strut brace, Maniflow custom made s/s turbo back dual exhaust black ceramic coated, colour coded rocker cover and charge cooler, power estimated at 270-300bhp (not proven just yet).


Exterior:
Carcept 2 front and rear bumper, RGM side skirts and GTI arches moulded into the bodywork, GTI spoiler smoothed into smoothed tailgate, smoothed bonnet with badge-less grille, DTM mirrors with integrated indicators smoothed into base plates, side indicators and ariel removed and smoothed, smoked black lights all around, tinted windows all round, ‘bad boy’ style light brows, aero wiper replacement, rear wiper removed and replaced with grommet, resprayed in VW rave blue with black detailing on bonnet, roof, bumpers etc, private plate C1 8OWE, various stickers.


Wheels and Tyres:
18” polished Lenso Elegance alloy wheels, 10mm spacer kit, 215/35/18 Toyo proxy 2 tyres.


Suspension and chassis:
Ecosse coilover kit lowered around 60mm front, torsion bar lowered to 50mm, 306 GTI6 285mm front brake setup, GTI180 rear disk and torsion bar conversion.


Interior:
Full GTI180 interior re-trimmed in cream leather and blue alcantara, custom made door cards by my mate to house two sets of speakers, dash sprayed in Peugeot antelope beige and royal blue and sprayed using rubber effect lacquer, Mono sports steering wheel, mono gear knob and pedals, custom made centre housing for road angel, custom made ‘a’ pillar gauge pod, re-trimmed roof lining and sun visors, ‘a’, ‘b’ and ‘c’ pillars in cream alcantara, cream rear view mirro, cream mats, trimmed magic tree..


ICE:
Pioneer 6.5” DVD head unit, 2x Vibe 6” black air components, Alpine v12 1000w mono block amplifier, Alpine v12 4-channel amplifier, 12” Vibe black air subwoofer, 6” TV mounted into boot lid, Xbox 360, Viper alarm with shock sensor, Dynomatt sound deadening, high spec wiring used throughout.


Extras:
I bought the car as a cat d write off and have built it up from scratch. The 206 is my only car, I use it for everything, back and forward to work, shops etc and isn’t garaged, it is kept on the side of the road near my house, so it is a show car but also a daily driver. A lot of the interior and ICE work has been done by me and my friend as I want to have some part in doing the car and not just giving the car to a garage and letting them fire away with it. The car has been featured on ‘Used car Roadshow’ on ITV4 which was a great achievement for me. I decided on the engine as it has never been done before in a 206 in the UK and I like the fact the 206 has the show factor but also has some go with it too. Some aspects of above may be due to change as the car isn’t finished just yet.
